Job Title: Industrial Estimator

Location: Sacramento

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 (DOE)

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with an established industrial contractor in the Sacramento area to find an experienced Industrial Estimator. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone looking to grow within a specialized sector and stick around long-term.

What You Will Do

• Estimate industrial projects, including water/waste water treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, process plants, and power generation facilities.
• Handle concrete work, structural steel work, excavation, and grading estimates.
• Take a hands-on approach to the daily mechanics of the estimating process, actively managing tasks like RFIs and RFQs rather than just delegating the work.
• Work closely and grow within the wastewater sector.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of experience estimating industrial type projects.
• Background: A civil and mechanical background, with specific experience in wastewater treatment, concrete, and fabrication (including pipe work and power generation).
• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid is a plus.
